This is a Twisted Metal game I never knew about. It was only searching for PS1 games to upscale did I find it. But, it’s….weird. I took the STR video files straight from the PS1 ROM, converted them to AVI files using chroma upsampling, then used AI to upgrade them from 240P 15FPS to nearly 1080P 30FPS.
